To log in to your PayHero account, go to login.payhero.co.nz and enter your login details.
Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with, or your username, if you've created one through the Account Page.
Password - Enter the password you registered with, or click the 'Forgot Password?' option to send a reset password link to your associated email.
Alternatively, you can sign in with Google if you initially used this login to sign up, or if you've since linked your PayHero login to your Google account.
If you're an employee of a company using PayHero, you will first need to be invited by your Payroll Administrator to use the Employee Portal or Mobile App. Learn more about accepting your invite below.
If you have linked your profile to your Google or Xero account, you can use the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Xero options. Learn more about how to connect your login to Google or Xero here: How can I update my login details?

What if I've been invited, but haven't yet set a password?
If you've been invited to access a PayHero company, an invitation email will have been sent to your email address.
