What's New

Pay Report - A Pay Report is now available to download directly from the pay (Draft or Sent) as a printable PDF report.

Unit Based Reimbursements - You are now able to create unit based Reimbursement Pay Items. These can be used for Travel/Distance based reimbursements, Tool Allowances etc.

Email Notifications - There are now alerts through the Dashboard under 'Notifications' if there's a failure sending emails for payslips etc.

Payroll Review - The Review section of Payroll now calculates the 'Estimated Earnings' and 'Normal Timesheet Hours' more accurately for salaried employees using timesheets or requesting leave.

Insights Reporting Fields - A new 'Employee Leave Record' table has been included along with a number of new reportable categories and measures. Our Insights Glossary support article details a full list of available tables and fields.

Improvements

Payslip & Subscription Invoice PDF's - PDF files generated or sent by PayHero now include the '.pdf' extension for improved viewing compatibility across various devices.

Tax Bank Batch Files - Attempting to download a Bank Batch File from the Unpaid Tax tab that includes any pays in the Draft stage will now show a notification stating draft pay values will not be included in the total.

Employee Portal - Amounts deducted for Tax are now included in the deduction totals under the Employee Portal Payslips tab.

Fixes

Insights Search - The search function for Insights filters now displays results correctly.

Insights Dates - Fixed an issue that was causing dates to incorrectly display in an extended date format.

Exclude Zero Pays - The option to exclude employees with zero pay from the pay run will now apply correctly.

Finish Dates - Final Pay calculations have been improved to account for more final pay scenarios.

Xero Leave Accrual - Leave Accrual pay lines will no longer be sent through to Xero.

Pay Cycle Dates - Fixed an issue where, under certain circumstances, changing the pay date would cause the following pay cycle to cover an incorrect pay period.
