To log in to your PayHero account, go to login.payhero.app and enter your login details.
Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with, or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.
Password - Enter the password you registered with or click the 'Forgot?' option to send a reset password link to your associated email.
Alternatively, you can sign in with Google if you initially used this login to sign up, or if you've since linked your PayHero login to your Google account.
If you're an employee of a company using PayHero, you will first need to be invited by your Payroll Administrator to use the Employee Portal or Mobile App. Learn more about accepting your invite below.
If you have linked your profile to your Google or Xero account, you'll be able to use the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Xero options. Learn more on how to connect your login to Google or Xero here: How can I update my login details?

Invited But Haven't Set A Password?
If you've been invited to access a PayHero company, an invitation email will have been sent to your email address.

PayHero Shift
If you use PayHero Shift for employees to clock in and out, log in to shift.payhero.app.
Only Managers are able to log in to Shift - ensure you've been set up as a Manager on any Teams you manage. The Login details will be exactly the same as your employee portal/mobile app details.
Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.
Password - Enter the password associated with your login.
If you have access to multiple PayHero Shift logins, or if you log in via the standard login.payhero.app portal by mistake, you can access Shift by selecting the three dots on the company you wish to log into:
Then select 'Sign in to Shift' to load the Shift app.
