10:30am - Performance is returning to normal, and users should be able to log in as expected, though systems may be running a little slower than usual. This outage appears to have been caused by a short period of unexpected load on our servers. Our team are continuing to investigate.
10:20am - There is currently an unexpected incident with our login portal which is preventing some users from logging into PayHero.
We're urgently investigating to get our services back up and running normally for all users. Updates will follow here as we learn more.
