We're introducing a Remuneration tab to give you more insight into how your employees' pay compares to the wider market. The Remuneration tab can be used to review current pay across your team, see how this compares to benchmarked rates for similar roles, and identify employees who may be due for a pay increase.

Job Title - The existing Job Title field has been renamed Job Details and moved from Employee > Personal to Employee > Employment. A new Job Title field has also been added to this section. Job titles can now be selected from a drop-down menu, or you can start typing to search.

Insights - The Job Title field has been renamed Job Details. New 'Job Title', 'Job Category', and 'Job Sub Category' columns are now available.
