Employee Onboarding & Workflows - Introducing self-service employee onboarding in PayHero! Available to companies on our Universe plan, you can invite new employees to submit their own tax and employment details for approval - no need for administrators to enter details manually. Alternatively, set up custom workflow templates for employees to complete. You can:
- Invite employees to complete their own tax and personal details
- Provide videos or links for employees to view
- Set tasks for employees to confirm they have completed
- Facilitate document uploads and downloads
- Ask custom questions
- Add a Workflow to all existing employees - fantastic for managing policy updates or employee surveys

People Tab - You'll see a new 'People' tab in the nav bar which now houses everything to do with your employees. The Employees and Teams tabs have been moved to this page, and you'll also find the new Workflows page here.
Improvements
File Management - Employee Documents have been renamed to Files to better reflect their use for a range of different file types. A new Files tab has also been introduced, providing access to all employee files in one place. The existing functionality for managing files via an individual employee's record remains the same.
AutoPilot for Origin - PayHero's Payroll AutoPilot is now also available for companies on our Origin plan, so you can set your payroll to run for you each payday, giving you one less thing to think about each week (patched 24/10/2023)
Fixes
Lump Sum Tax Calculations - Where Annual Leave Taken in Advance is included in a Final Pay, this will no longer be included in the 4-week earnings calculations for determining the lump sum tax threshold (patched 05/10/2023)
