2:05pm - Final Report - Our team have confirmed that this issue is fully resolved.
This incident was caused by a patch which was implemented on Thursday evening and which resulted in an inefficient query being cached. This caused delays and errors throughout the system. An optimisation was patched for that query shortly after 10am this morning, which cleared the inefficiency and reverted load times back to within an expected period.
10:15am - An initial fix has been applied and performance appears to be returning to normal.
Our team will continue to monitor the situation and investigate how the issue came about, but at this time the incident is considered resolved.
9:10am - There is currently an unexpected incident in PayHero, causing intermittent slowdowns, delays, or other loading issues for some customers, especially when logging into PayHero.
We're urgently investigating to get our services back up and running at their normal operating speeds as soon as possible. Updates will follow here as we learn more.
