IRD upgraded their system over the weekend, which has unexpectedly affected PayHero connections to myIR.
What do I need to do?
Your PayHero account has been disconnected from IRD.
You'll need to reconnect your Inland Revenue integration under Manage > Integrations. You can learn more about connecting with IRD here: Inland Revenue Integration
To ensure your payday filing is processed, make sure you reconnect before sending any pays.
If your integration already shows as connected, this indicates your account has already been re-connected since the outage occurred, so you can ignore this step.
What about payday filing for pays that have already been sent?
Please ensure you check the statuses of any recent payday filing in PayHero to ensure all pays are successfully filed with IRD. Any payday filing submitted prior to reconnecting will need to be resubmitted.
You can check this under the Tax tab, looking for any pays marked with a status other than 'Submitted':
To resubmit these to IRD, click into the affected pay, and click the options button on the right to find the Resubmit to the IRD option.
