Job Title - Introducing a hotly requested new field on employees, for entering their Job Title. This field can be viewed and managed via the Employment tab on each employee, under Manage > Employees. You'll also be able to include this field in any Insights Reports that use the 'Employee' table.
Payday Filing: Unauthorised Delegation - Improved handling of unauthorised delegation errors from IRD. You'll now receive an email notification if we receive this error from IRD for your account.
Xero Security Requirements - Updated PayHero to enforce Xero's new security requirements, which require that administrators integrating with Xero must enable Two Factor Authentication first. (patched 27/09/2022)
Bank Account Validation - Improved bank account validation rules to handle accounts which are too short, but happen to meet the validation criteria.
HPAYG to Permanent - Added additional help information about Changing Pay-As-You-Go Employees to Permanent when turning off the Pay As You Go setting.
Missing Tax Info - Improved error handling when trying to save employees who are missing their Tax Code or ESCT Rate.
Employee Import - Our Employee Import has been updated to include the new Job Title field, allow a days only work pattern, and accept 39% ESCT rates and SA tax codes.
Sick Leave Accrual - Fixed an issue where Sick Leave could accrue slightly above the specified Maximum Entitlement, if the employee's balance was in decimals.
New Employment - Fixed an issue when restarting an employee, which caused a warning that the 'Start Date was within 30 days of the Finish Date' to appear incorrectly in some cases.
Primary Team Icon - Fixed an issue preventing the 'Primary Team' icon from updating until the page is refreshed after updating an employee's Teams.
