Xero services appear to be operational again.
We've resent any pays which failed to send to Xero where we can.
However, it appears that some companies may have had their Xero integration disconnected by the outage. If this is the case you'll need to reconnect your Xero integration from the Integrations tab, as seen here: Xero Integration
What do I need to do?
Check your Xero connection is still active under Manage > Integrations. If not, reconnect it.
Check Xero to see whether your draft invoices have arrived. If not, you can resend those from Payroll > Sent in PayHero as seen here:

Xero services are currently experiencing an outage, meaning Xero connected PayHero users will be unable to send their pays through to Xero. Pays can still be sent as normal for filing with IRD etc. and PayHero functionality isn't affected but you may receive an error message on the dashboard alerting you to the failure to send to Xero.
This article will be updated once Xero services have returned to normal but if you'd like to monitor the status of Xero's API you can do so from their website here: https://status.developer.xero.com/
What do I need to do?
You shouldn't need to do anything.
We've paused our integration with Xero while they get this sorted. We'll be keeping an eye on their status, and once it's resolved we'll attempt to resend any transactions that weren't able to be sent to Xero during the outage.
Resending pays to Xero during the outage may result in multiple sets of invoices going through once they're back up and running. You should avoid doing so unless your invoices don't appear in Xero within 12 hours of this article being updated as resolved.
