POLi have marked the incident as resolved as of 8pm last night, so Pay Now is back up and running for paying your employees.

The POLi Payments services disruption is still unresolved. You can continue to wait to see if the incident is resolved later today, but if you wish to proceed with paying your employees sooner you can do so.
Options to pay your employees now are:
Bank Files - You can download a bank file from the Payroll > Sent tab, which you can upload to your business bank account. Simply tick the Sent pay, and from the options button select 'Download Bank Batch File'. You can learn more about processing pays with bank files here: Making Payments with Bank Batch Files
Manually - Alternatively, if you have few enough employees that processing your pays manually won't take too long, you can download the Bank Payment Summary Report in PayHero for a list of the payees, bank accounts, and amounts to pay.

POLi payment services are currently experiencing an outage, meaning PayHero users will be unable to use Pay Now to pay their employees. Pays can still be sent as normal for filing with IRD etc. and other PayHero functionality isn't affected, but you will see a blank Pay Now screen and potentially a Service Unavailable error.
This article will be updated once POLi services have returned to normal but if you'd like to monitor the status of the incident you can do so from their website here: polipayments.statuspage.io
What do I need to do?
Keep an eye on the POLi status, either here or at polipayments.statuspage.io. Once the incident is resolved, try processing your Pay Now payment again.
If you don't use our Pay Now function to pay your employees, your payroll processing will be unaffected and you don't need to do anything.
