Public Holiday Improvements - General improvements around Public Holiday processing, particularly for some of our larger clients who follow more manual processes around specifying their public holiday payments. Improvements include:
- The ability to manually add Alternative Leave days to a pay is now available for all companies, provided the pay covers a Public Holiday. Previous settings prevented this appearing for companies with 'Automate Public Holidays' turned off, or for Mondayised public holidays if the pay didn't cover the day PayHero believed to be a Public Holiday for the employee.
- Companies who are manually specifying non-worked public holidays in the timesheets will no longer have Alt Days accrued for those days, even if 'Automate Public Holidays' is turned on for the company. This requires the Work used is connected to the 'Public Holiday' pay item - please contact email@example.com if you require this setting.
- Non-continuous employment no longer counted in OWDs for companies using Automatic Extension of Holiday Anniversary
Time Credit Calculations - Updated Time Credit calculations to also include Non-Taxable Allowances (e.g. bonuses), so that One Off Pays containing bonuses don't have Time Credit applied unless the total Earnings is negative.
Employee Start Dates - Corrected an issue resulting in incorrect employee start dates and anniversaries saving when manually typing the employee start date instead of using the date picker.
Send Password Reset - Fixed an issue preventing admins from sending password resets to employees.
Disconnect Employee from Admin - Fixed an issue which sometimes prevented admin access when de-linking the admin from an employee.
Xero Errors - Improved the Notifications shown on the dashboard for Xero errors to show the Pay Date in NZT rather than GMT.
