PDF Reporting - New PDF report options have been added throughout PayHero. This release includes the following:
- Tax Summary
- Public Holiday Audit
- Other Leave Summary
- Earnings Summary
- Employee Earnings Summary

Non Xero Account Codes - Account Codes can now be set on pay items for non-Xero connected companies through Manage > Accounts. These accounts codes can then be reported on through Insights.
Locations - Added the Manage > Locations menu for the upcoming Mobile App clock in location feature. Coming soon...
Close Downs (Patched 10/11/19) - Processing a close down in which the employee is paid their accrued Holiday Pay will now correctly deduct the value of any holidays paid in advance.
Final Pays - Improved handling for an employee crossing their employment anniversary in a Final Pay. For more details see our support article on processing Final Pays.
Insights Reporting - The 'Leave Accrual' table has been removed from Insights. A Leave Liability report is now available to download in PDF form through the Manage > Employees menu. Find out more here: Leave Liability Report.
Transferring Ownership - When transferring ownership of a PayHero company, the process has now been streamlined for increased clarity. To view the steps, see: Transferring Ownership of your PayHero Company.
Paid Leave & Salary Payments (Patched 02/12/19) - Further improvements made around calculations done where reducing salary payments proportional to the quantity of paid leave.
Show Finished Employees - The 'Show Finished Employees' toggle button is once again reflecting when it has been selected.
Exclude Zero Pays - Corrected an issue where excluding zero pay employees would include employees only being paid for leave.
'Whoops' - Fixed a bug causing the error message 'Whoops - Something Went Wrong' to display frequently.
