Admin and Employee Access
To log in to your PayHero account, go to login.payhero.app.
Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with, or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.
Password - Enter the password you registered with or click the 'Forgot?' option to send a reset password link to your associated email.
Alternatively, you can sign in with Google if you initially used this login to sign up, or if you've since linked your PayHero login to your Google account. Please note, this is only available to admin users.
If you're an employee of a company using PayHero, you will first need to be invited by your Payroll Administrator to use the Employee Portal or Mobile App.
Forgotten your Password?
From the login screen click on the 'Forgot?' option in the password field. Enter the email address associated with your PayHero account and click 'Submit'. If a PayHero account is associated with the email entered, a reset password link will be sent to that email address.
Invited But Haven't Set A Password?
If you're an employee who has been invited to have employee access to a PayHero company, a link to create a password will have been sent your email address. If you haven't yet created a password but have been invited, open the invitation email and click Accept Invite.
Follow the prompts to create your new password.
PayHero Shift
If you use PayHero Shift for employees to clock in and out, log in to shift.payhero.app.
Only Managers are able to log in to Shift - ensure you've been set up as a Manager on any Teams you manage. The Login details will be exactly the same as your employee portal/mobile app details.
Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.
Password - Enter the password associated with your login.
