How Do I Login?

Administrators

To login to your PayHero company first go to payhero.app

Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with, or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.

Password - Enter the password you registered with or click the 'Forgot?' option to send a reset password link to your associated email.

Forgotten your Password?

From the login screen click on the 'Forgot?' option in the password field. Enter the email address associated with your PayHero account and click 'Submit'. If a PayHero company is associated with the email entered, a reset password link will be sent to that email address.

Employees

If you're an employee of a company using PayHero, you can be invited by your Payroll Administrator to use the Employee Portal or Mobile App.

Employee Portal - portal.payhero.app on tablets or computers

Mobile App - mobile.payhero.app on smartphones

You can login to either using the same details.

Employee Username - Enter the email address your invitation email was sent to or your username if you've created one through the portal Account Page.

Password - Enter the password you registered with or click the 'Forgot?' option to send a reset password link to your associated email.

Invited But Haven't Set A Password? 

If you've been invited to have employee access, a link to create a password will have been sent your email address. If you haven't yet created a password but have been invited, open the invitation email and click Accept Invite.

Follow the prompts to create your new password.

PayHero Shift

If you use PayHero Shift for employees to clock in and out, go to shift.payhero.app

Only Managers are able to log in to Shift - ensure you've been setup as a Manager on any Teams you manage. The Login details will be exactly the same as your employee portal/mobile app details.

Email or Username - Enter the email address you registered with or your username if you've created one through the Account Page.

Password - Enter the password associated with your login.
