Support Centre - The 'Support' button up the top right of PayHero has had some additional functionality added:
- Guide - Selecting the 'Guide' option will take you directly to support.payhero.co.nz to view all of our available support articles.
- My Requests - Choosing 'My Requests' allows you to see your previous email communications with the PayHero Support Team, directly submit a new support request as well as track any support articles you've followed.
Tax Payment Changes - Display changes to PayHero's Tax tab now makes the current status of your Payday Filing submissions to the IRD much clearer. Any amendments to an exisiting Sent Pay will now be displayed in the Unpaid Tax tab and the associated pay will show an alert with the previously owed tax amount as well as the new, updated tax value.
Transferring Ownership - You are now able to transfer the ownership of a PayHero account to another user with Admin access to the account. Once the new owner accepts, the previous owner will become an admin user and subscription billing will become the responsibility of the new owner.
Marking Pays as Sent - Marking a pay as sent will create an amended filing for the IRD with a 'Withheld' status to be manually resubmitted from the Unpaid Tax tab as required. The mark as sent confirmation box also now alerts the user that payslips won't be emailed out to employees or download any Bank Batch Files.
Pay Cycles - Made a wide range of general functionality and reliability changes to improve the way Pay Cycles are processed for increased stability.
Payslips - Payslips will now limit the display of hour and unit totals to 2 decimal places as well as include the percentage values for KiwiSaver and GST amounts.
Salary Adjustments - Adding a Pay Item which would adjust the total Salary amount to be paid out, such as leave, will now 'unlock' the quantity and rate values for salaries allowing you to alter the values as required.
Work with No Pay Items - Work without an associated Pay Item can no longer be used to record time against, preventing possible time entry errors.
Xero Integration - Made adjustments to how PayHero handles the integration with Xero to prevent repeating error message alerts if PayHero can't reach Xero's API.
D.B.A.P.S. Leave Rates - The display names now correctly reflect the Relevant Daily Rate & Average Daily Rates being applied.
Editing Time in Safari - Improved PayHero's compatibility with the Safari web browser to fix an issue that was preventing time entry updates from being applied.
Extra Pays - Adding multiple Extra Pay Items (Bonuses, Retirement Pay etc.) into a single pay will now correctly calculate the total amount owing.
