Shift Photo Time Clock (Beta) - Early access to our Shift Photo Time Clock is now available at shift.payhero.app. This will allow your employees to clock in, clock out and take breaks throughout the day for time entries that are accurate to the minute.
Leave History - Within Insights Reporting, the leave history table now includes additional categories to improve historical leave reporting. These include: Average Daily Rate, Days Per Week, Hours Per Day, Ordinary Daily Rate, Pay Date, Pay Item and Rate. The following measures have also been added: Days, Earnings and Hours.
Negative Pays - With the introduction of payday filing the IRD will not be accepting negative pay amounts for employees starting April 1st. Any negative pays for an employee filed through PayHero will not be submitted to the IRD and an error notification will be displayed on the dashboard. Any negative pays will require manual submission to the IRD.
Annual Leave Taken in Advance - Units shown will now be in Days as opposed to Hours.
Holiday Pay - General changes to Holiday Pay for added automation and better management for employees on holiday pay-as-you-go.
Pay Hours Insight - The Pay Hours category in Insights will return a value and no longer show a blank field.
Annual Leave Taken in Advance - Fixed a bug that prevented Annual Leave Taken in Advance from being re-calculated to a lesser amount.
BNZ Bank Batch Totals - Corrected an issue with Bank Batch File generation for BNZ accounts.
Decimal Days Worked - A bug allowing Work Days to use decimal amounts has been corrected.
Document Names - Documents uploaded to an employee's profile will now correctly display file names.
Negative Estimated Leave in Advance - PayHero will no longer display negative leave estimates for employees who have crossed future-dated anniversaries.
Payslip Downloads - Fixed a bug that prevented bulk Payslips exceeding a certain file size from being downloaded.
Pay History - The first week of Pay History for a salaried employee starting halfway through a week will now reflect the correct amount of hours worked.
Payroll Review Total Earnings - No longer including the estimated work pattern earnings in addition to timesheet entered hours for a more accurate review estimation.
Payslip Email Subject - This field is now mandatory as removing the subject field for Payslip emails prevents emails from sending.
Public Holiday Quantity Dropdown - Added hours to the days/hours dropdown for Public Holidays pay lines.
Regular Deduction Pay Items - Editing a regular deduction pay item no longer incorrectly displays mandatory bank account fields.
Calendar - Fixed a bug causing the month of June to display the incorrect dates.
Undefined Leave - Fixed a bug that caused the Estimated Leave in Advance value to be shown as 'Undefined".
