This Thursday 6 May from 10pm (NZT) there will be scheduled downtime of up to four hours across our products and apps.
We’re using this time to upgrade our underlying subscription and user authentication system to improve how you manage your products, accounts and subscriptions to FlexiTime products.
We’re performing this upgrade out of hours to minimise the impact on users. However, please note that periods of downtime will occur and during this window all PayHero and Droppah apps, including the employee mobile app and photo time clock, may be intermittently inaccessible.
