What's New

PayHero's Fresh New Look - We've freshened things up with an updated logo and a new look for the PayHero log in page. The URL remains the same so you can continue to log in through any existing bookmarks or directly here: login.payhero.app.

Unified User Profiles - We're making some clever changes to combine our FlexiTime Workforce Management products (PayHero, Droppah, and Invoxy) into a single unified login system, starting with PayHero and Droppah.

• If you're only using PayHero you won't see any changes and can continue to log in as you would normally. You will see a prompt to agree to the FlexiTime Workforce Management terms of use which you learn more on here: User Agreements - 06/05/2021.
• For those using both PayHero & Droppah you will need to reset your password the next time you log in, for more information please see our support article: Password Reset Prompt - 06/05/2021.
  
  

2022 Tax Year Changes (Patched 31/03/21) - All changes required by IRD for the new 2022 Tax year have been added in to PayHero. This includes the following:

• New Tax Codes for SA and SA SL
• New ESCT Rate of 39%
• Payday Filing Version 2
  
  

Improvements

Teams Reporting in Insights - 'Team' is now an available reporting category to include through Insights Reports. This has been added to a range of reporting tables which you can find out more around in our Insights Glossary article.

Pay Cycles - Pay Cycles with a number of employees greater than 20 will no longer require a scroll to load more employee names under the Manage > Pay Cycle section.

Fixes

Same Date Public Holidays (Patched 09/02/21) - Multiple Public Holidays falling on the same calendar date (e.g. Auckland and Nelson Anniversaries) will no longer cause processing errors.
