We're changing the way our users agree to our Subscription Agreement, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the past our products were set up so that you passively agreed to these user agreements when you logged in. To ensure you're kept in the loop with any changes, from now on we're requiring active agreement.
The first time you login to PayHero or Droppah from late on May 6th, you'll be prompted to acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Subscription holders will also be required to agree to the Subscription Agreement.
We haven't made any recent changes to these user agreements - we're simply rolling out our active agreement model. You'll only see this pop up in future when changes have been made to one or more of the agreements that affect you, and you'll be able to learn more about what's changed in the Announcements section of our support websites.
Links included in the notification will take you to the relevant user agreement(s) for review if you need to refamiliarise yourself before agreeing.
