Time entries are able to be imported into PayHero via the Timesheet Import process and if you're using Deputy as your scheduling system you'll be able to export time in a format that's ready to import directly into PayHero.
(Please Note: The Format Modifier on the 'Timesheet MealBreak Duration' applied by default in Deputy doesn't have a Format Modifier option for 'Hours' shown initially. You'll need to first remove the column during the 'Edit' stage and then re-add 'Timesheet MealBreak Duration' to see the updated options)
Exporting Timesheets
To begin exporting time from Deputy navigate to the Timesheets > Export Timesheets area of the system. Select the employees or individual time entries you're looking to export and click 'Export Selected Items'.
From the export selected items pop-up window select the 'Custom Payroll Exporter (BETA)' option and the file can be renamed here as you require.
Under the 'Preview' section, click the 'Edit' button to set the export formatting to match the PayHero import requirements.
Formatting Exported File
After clicking the 'Edit' option you'll have the ability to select the different columns and data sources that will be exported in the .csv file. The table below has a list of the columns that are available to import into PayHero and which Deputy Data Source they align with.
Please note: The 'Column Header' and 'Format Modifiers' will need to be adjusted to match the PayHero requirements for each data source.

With the newly downloaded .CSV file you can import those hours into PayHero ready for your next pay run and our support article: Timesheet Imports outlines the import process with the steps to take.
