Admin & Employee Access - It's now possible for a single user to have both Admin and Employee login access for the same company using the same email address.
Default Reports - All new PayHero accounts now include several default Insights reports. You can learn more about creating and editing reports here. If you have an existing PayHero account that doesn't include these reports contact support@payhero.co.nz if you'd like to have them added to your account.
Include Tax in Bank Batch Files - PayHero now features the ability to include IRD tax payments from a pay cycle's bank batch files. This setting can be managed through the company settings page, more information on this feature is available here.
Sent Pay Summary - A 'Payments' tab has been added into sent pays. Now you can quickly see an overview of the payment going to each employee bank account, plus to third party accounts such as the IRD.
Improvements
Admin Full Name - As an Administrator you are now able to edit your own name through the accounts page.
Dashboard To Do - General improvements to usability and notifications.
GST - Changes to the way GST is handled by PayHero for improved Xero integration.
Subscription Process - General improvements to the subscription area and direct debit is now accepted for payment. More information on subscriptions can be found here.
Fixes
Holiday Anniversaries - Holiday anniversaries now apply correctly to employees set up with a future start date.
KiwiSaver Savings Suspension - Fixed an issue preventing changes being saved for employees on a savings suspension.
Updating Tax Periods - Changing the pay date on a draft pay will now reassess the Tax Period if required.
