After registering for a PayHero account, you'll have access to the PayHero Demo Account. This is a temporary account pre-populated with some fictional employees, timesheet entries, leave requests and pay history for you to test out the PayHero system and see how it all works.
The Demo Account is completely isolated from your primary PayHero Account and anything entered or done via the Demo will have no effect outside of that Demo Account.
Creating a Demo Account
A Demo Account can be created from within the account selection screen by clicking on the New Account button.

Clicking on New Account will open up the account creation pop-up where you can create a new PayHero, Droppah, or Invoxy Account.
Select PayHero from the Product drop-down list and click on Try a Demo Account.
After clicking the Try a Demo Account option you will be taken directly into the Demo Account dashboard. You will see a banner at the top of the web page reflecting the Demo Account status.
Removing a Demo Account
Demo Accounts are always created under a 14 day trial period for you to use as needed. After 14 days the Demo Account will automatically be deleted and will no longer be accessible. At this stage, you can simply create a new Demo Account if need be.
Alternatively, if you've finished your testing in the Demo Account and would like to delete it, you can do so from the FlexiTime Workforce Management account selection screen.
Click on the three dots alongside the Demo Account name and choose Delete Demo Account.
