IRD System Planned Outage: 9-16 April

Update - IRD systems are back. There are a few residual issues that they are continuing to investigate, but most filing should be running fine now.

This Easter, IRD are implementing the 4th release of their new START system. To achieve this, their systems will be unavailable from 3pm Thursday, April 9 until Thursday, April 16. 

This will have minimal impact on FlexiTime users since the Payday Filing is handled automatically. We will be withholding the payday filing until Friday, 17 April. Any pays run during the period of the close down are not considered due by IRD until Friday 17, so there will be no penalties applied.

The only thing you may notice is that the IRD status on pays remains 'Pending' until we are able to submit them to IRD.

New companies will be unable to connect to IRD until their systems are back up. Once connected they will need to resend their pays to IRD from under the Tax tab.
