5:00pm - All payments have now cleared.
4:30pm - ASB are continuing to experience issues with processing transactions, but we're now seeing some transactions going through intermittently.
Our team continues to retry any outstanding transactions regularly and will continue to do so until all outstanding payments clear.
11:50am - Our banking provider, ASB, are currently experiencing a widespread API outage that is preventing all transaction processing.
This affects all payments processed in PayHero using the following payment methods:
What does this mean for me?
This is currently having the following impacts for companies using the above payment methods today:
- Payments which would usually be due out to employees in our noon payments run are currently unable to be processed by ASB.
- Direct debit payments which have been initiated this morning will not have been successfully debited from your account.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will push these transactions through as soon as ASB's systems are back up and running.
