While using PayHero, if you encounter errors around pages not loading or not displaying correctly, it may be that your browser has cached an older version that's no longer supported.

This article covers the troubleshooting steps that can be taken to resolve any issues you might be having.

Hard Refresh

A hard refresh will force your browser to load the latest elements of PayHero, and should be the first approach to try.

Click into any of the sections below to see how to perform a hard refresh in different browsers, on both Windows and Mac systems.

Tip: Make sure you're on the webpage that isn't displaying correctly before performing these actions.

Clear Cache

If a hard refresh doesn't solve the problem, clearing the cache for the particular webpage is the next step to take.

Click into any of the sections below to see how to clear the cache in different browsers.

Google Chrome

Click the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome. Click into More tools, then Developer tools.

Mozilla Firefox

Note: this will clear all website cache data from Firefox, as it's not possible to clear the cache for individual websites.

Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of Firefox to open the options menu, then click Settings.
